  • Data Infrastructure: Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases, and general applications behind industry-standard enterprise firewalls.

  • Payment Encryption: If you complete a purchase using a direct payment gateway, Shopify encrypts your credit card data under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Payment transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order, after which it is deleted.

  • Data Security Safeguards: We adhere to industry best practices to safeguard your personal details against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Payment information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption.

In the unlikely event of a privacy breach that involves your personal information and is determined to present a risk of serious harm, SCRT NZ will:

  1. Immediately notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) in accordance with New Zealand law.

  2. Notify you directly as soon as reasonably practicable, providing guidance on how to protect yourself against potential impacts.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure our website functions correctly, remember your cart items, and understand how visitors interact with our store.
